I am fascinated on portraits of people, a structure of a face. Exploring on the topic of self-identity, faces were used as an embodiment tool to my process of artwork and articulating at the same time with the notion of identity. My project begun with the idea if somebody could influence our identity, questioning if our identity is fixed or constructed. With explorations carried out, I investigate the worth and value of a face, how personality or emotions can play a part on portraying a different side beyond our faces and identity. I hope to portray my emotions and characteristic on the drawings itself.
